Robert J. Reeves P.C. | Charlotte | 704-351-7979

concord dwiOur law firm, located here in Charlotte, focuses its criminal practice on DWI defense. We also assist our clients in dealing with Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) issues including DMV hearings, license suspensions, and limited driving privileges (LDP). Mr. Reeves has over 25 years trial experience in both civil and criminal courts and applies his litigation skills to defending those persons arrested for DUI. Mr. Anthony Wayne is an Associate Attorney in the firm and works on both DWI and DMV cases. While we focus our criminal DUI practice primarily here in Charlotte Mecklenburg County, we represent clients charged with a Concord DWI. They would prefer a Charlotte criminal attorney, but many Charlotte DWI lawyers are reluctant to take cases in Concord. As a result, there are fewer choices if you want a Charlotte DUI lawyer.

Concord DWI – Two DUI Defense Firms

Our firm stands ready to defend those individuals charged in Cabarrus County. By associating a former Cabarrus County prosecutor, we believe we have found a simple and affordable solution to this dilemma. In Concord cases, we work with Ms. Taylor Conner. While she maintains her own independent law practice separate from Robert J. Reeves P.C., our two firms “team up” to provide a comprehensive Concord DWI defense. The legal fee remains the same and is shared between the two firms. But instead of just one firm, you actually have two firms working on your behalf.
Taylor will navigate the particular court procedures and secure the State’s evidence. Then, lawyers in both firms will carefully review the State’s case and then coordinate a defense strategy. In this way, our clients are able to have years of combined DUI experience for the same legal fee. Of course, if you prefer just one firm, you can make that choice as well. After a thorough evaluation of the evidence, we will sit down with you in our Charlotte office and go over your options and make recommendations. After our counsel, you can make good decisions for your particular situation.

While at the Cabarrus County District Attorney’s office, Taylor managed an average caseload of approximately 200-350 cases each day in District Court, which was the second-highest caseload per District Attorney in the State. Taylor has also tried to jury verdict numerous types of cases in Superior Court. During her tenure, Cabarrus County led the region with the highest rate for DWI convictions. In May 2005, Ms. Conner left the District Attorney’s Office to begin her career in private practice. She now applies the training and skills learned as a prosecutor to defend those persons charged with a crime.
