A 19-year-old Raleigh, North Carolina man has been charged with DWI and related charges after an accident which resulted in a collision with a limousine. The crash occurred at 3:00 a.m. on Interstate 40, as the limousine driver was changing a flat-tire. Both of the vehicles sustained heavy damage.
Furthermore, the limousine contained eight passengers, all of which had to be transported to the hospital along with the limo driver. The driver, who was allegedly responsible for the collision, did not incur any physical injuries and was arrested on the scene and charged with DWI.
