The Mayor of New Bern, NC was recently arrested and charged with DWI. The incident occurred Monday morning after the police received calls from concerned motorists about a vehicle that was driving erratically. Police were able to catch up with the vehicle and stopped the vehicle after observing the vehicle’s behavior. There were also two minor children in the vehicle at the time.
