A North Carolina man is facing a DWI charge along with a slew of other charges such as felony flee to elude arrest, resisting an officer, and driving while license revoked after attempting to elude police in an SUV. This incident occurred after police attempted to stop a vehicle that was driving recklessly; the man did not stop for the blue lights of the police, and the man eventually drove behind a house and jumped out of the SUV while it was moving.
Thereafter, police went to investigate the SUV and to their surprise, they found three young children sitting inside the vehicle. The man was later apprehended and placed under arrest. Further, the children were returned to their mothers; however, the Department of Social Services was contacted.
